I do still have all the old floppies, but about 4-5 years ago I went 
through every one and the ones that still worked I copied the contents to 
my PC with all the floppies going back in the closet.  Some of the disks 
were hosed, but most still worked.  

I even used a dos-based app to read the TRS-80 5.25" floppies I had laying 
around, and WHOA you talkin' about some neat stuff!  This was stuff from 
Middle School :)  But my TRS-80 still boots and works just fine, or it did 
about 3-4 years ago when I pulled it out, and many of these floppies are 
going on 20 years old since  bought the Coco second hand.
