He voted "Present" 130 times as a Illinois state legislator, he
couldnt even muster a yea or a nay.

As both a Illinois legislator and a US Senator, he has not authored a
single piece of legislation.

He immediately launched his campaign for President literally months after
being sworn in for his US Senate duty.
