I left everything as is but REM'd the IBBS statements as I'm not IBBS currently.

This was me playing local.  It was definitely related to a high score of 20
billion or 200 billion as that's when I saw my bank go into the negative
status and then I was kicked for having no money.

I'll play closer attention this month and see if I can't pinpoint when it happens.
