Remember how I got you all hooked on RCS not so long ago?
Well now I have another program available for FREQ, called
CVS.  The executable you can use for OS/2 with HPFS is
called CVS13BIN.ZIP.  I installed it last night, and have
been putting msged and tobruk into it to make maintenance
more controlled.  If you want the latest version of CVS,
I have it available for FREQ too, CVS15.ZIP, but that
doesn't compile for OS/2 without work, and there's nothing
particularly I want from it anyway.

So anyway, for anyone doing program maintenance, and who
wants a free tool, get hold of RCS and CVS.  I use it at
work too, on Unix.  BFN.  Paul.
