You know its always easy to say, oops this happened, let us all learn from
it and check our configs..

I can attest to seeing the same mistakes from the same people all the time,
its not deliberate, it just happens.

Its like packing for a trip, you always think you packed everything you
wanted/needed to take with you, but realize later that you left something
out.

To err is to be human.
