I wouldn't even putz around with them, find another cc service or bank. It's 
plain that the time spend correcting any of "thier mistakes" will be a pain 
for you. Other cc issuers usually allow you to transfer the "balance" to a 
new acct. with little inconvience if when you start looking for a new issuer.
