I'm not sure.  But you can always right click and run as administrator. Or,
maybe better yet, turn off UAC.  It took me about two days dealing with the
silly UAC prompts and dumb access privileges before I completely shut if
off.

Everyone says Win 7 is not as bad as Vista.  I can't imagine dealing with
UAC in Vista.  :(
