For those of you who use NEF (New Echo Files) or FastLst, they are currently
being supported now by a Ukranian programmer.  They are freeware... here's the 
info from the README.1ST file:

                               TIC distribution

        Nef/pk is distributed via a TIC file area.  If you want to join,
        please ask your file feeder to find a suitable link for NEF.PK.BETA
        area where releases and public beta-versions of NEF/pk are hatched.

        The following site contains Nef/pk and is maintained by the
