I suppose, though it does seem to be falling out of usage.  One wonders how 
long it will be before the dodo is as extinct from the lexicon as it is from 
the world?

Drat.  Now I'll be thinking about that for a while.  Remind me to inflict that 
on some friends in the (Socio-)Linguistics program in September.
