Thanks for the reply/advice, unfortunately the above is not the case.. ;-(
Managed with help from some other good people like yourself,to solve the
problem of polling,by turning "auto insertion notification" OFF.. ;-)
However Win95 still insists on crashing whenever it's asked to do anything,
even shut down,I am now getting fatal exception errors,which didn't appear
before...
Have tried 4 total removals/re-installs to no avail.... ;-(
Currently bamboozled and considering the use of a sledge hammer... ;-)
Such apears to be life with MS... ;-)
