I don't like it either, but it does seem to be effective. I also hate
getting junk mail and junk email and spams in newsgroups. Junk faxes, emails
and spamming in newsgroups are particularly attractive to small businesses
since they are of little or no cost, unlike flyers in the mail. As a
professional marketer, I must admit to using flyers, directed emails and
faxes to companies that purchase my type of products. I'm afraid a small
business person can't afford to ignore these tools when many other small
businesses are using them.
