Exactly as he said - you ring the 1800 number and get a computerised recorded
message eg press number 1, 2 ,3 etc and then you wait and wait and wait but
before too long you are transferred to another automated service which gives you
the choice of trying their online service (FAQ in other words) and some other
crap and then in the end after wasting half an hour with no way to get back to
the original automated that gave you the choice of getting tech support. you do
as most of us do and thats hang up in disgust and try another day (for the same
result unless you're very lucky).
