Not in all. Hire good people to do those things too. In the construction 
trades, a good owner will, chose which jobs the company accepts, handle
construction schedules, sub-contractor timing,
dealing with architects, interior decorators, owners, code enforcement,
suppliers, deadlines and change orders.
I'm sure I have left out a bunch more.
