You have to make sure that it is in your path and in the libpath.
Here is my menu item:
ReRead Xtern_Run OS2you.exe_-timelimit_%t_-l_%%%P_-i_600_-s_-redir_2_...
...-prn_LPT1_-e_4OS2.EXE_/c_LYNX.cmd sysop "Q) Lynx"
Join the 2 lines above into one line, also, make sure that you have the
latest version as -timelimit isn't in all versions.
Here is my LYNX.CMD:
C:\lynx\
set TERM=ansi
lynx-std.exe
exit
