It was in reference to a plumbing company, that he was thinking of buying..

Even if *Joe* was all wet, there are scenarios that are real that this
situation did embody, all over..

In Rochester New York, there might be Sally the small business owner,
operating a local advertising agency with plans to grow.

In Topeka Kansas, there might be William the Insurance broker, trying to
grow his insurance agency..

In Macon Georgia, Betty is thinking of expanding her Beauty salon business
into a chain of stores throughout Georgia..

As far as Obama is concerned, these people are filthy rich and should be
taxed to fuggin death.

Not all business is big business.
