  Finally, a question I can get right... The latest version is 3.1.  I
  have not heard any rumors about OS/2 other than ramblings on this
  echo about how much it's wanted.  There's a WINDOWS developement lit
  available for PB31 as well if you want to go that route.  And don't
  forget DSE's PB Vision system to give the illusion of Windows
  graphics in a CUI (that's CUI) screen (and more... and more).  David
