I did try re-installing,after 4 reformats/deletions/installs I gave up..
 
The problem of polling has been solved by turning (auto insert notification)
OFF..
Unfortunately this did not solve the problem of Win95 crashing,whenever asked
to do anything... ;-(
I'm now totally confused and considering the use of a sledge hammer.. ;-)
