I see that!  This echo has a special kind of vibe to it that you just don't 
get on the Internet, so old-time regulars can't seem to stay away.  It would 
be nice if it was Internet-accessible for me, though.  BBS's are a little 
inconvenient, especially in my area where there's only one good one.  If it 
goes down, I'm screwed.
Anyway, what happened to me?  Not much...still playing an oldies gig, still 
writing alternative country songs, got offered a high-paying gig and then had 
it un-offered, and currently being considered for another high paying  gig.  
At least I'm getting turned down from a better class of gigs these days.
What about you?  How goes it for you in the Breadbasket of our country?
