 Joe the plumber has no training, no license, no registration,
 the owner of the business has no plans to sell the business, and
 Joe has no pending options that would pay him $250,000/yr.

 He can work as a plumber only under the supervision of a
 licensed plumber, you could do that much. He is no more a
 plumber than you are.

 Now, had I been speaking from hatred I would also have mentioned
 the tax liens he has outstanding.

 Oh, and he belongs to the "Natural Law Party". Or did. He may
