And at $250K/yr how much of that is he going to be doing? As a
new owner to a plumbing business he will be accepting any job
that comes along. And he won't be timing subcontractors, he'll
be lucky to be a subcontractor.
Oh, how does he handle code enforcement if he isn't trained for
it? Or licensed?
