Hello All!

I'm using difference templates, because i use a danish one in the danish
groups, and a english one in all other groups.

But if i answer a message in carbon.copy, there is going to be anwered in a
danish group, it uses the english template.

MsgED is supposed to look in the Area-klugde and then see whitch template
it's going to use.
