With that, I agree; and I don't know why Intuit chose to only let
one reconcile bank accounts. However, other aspects of operation
are far more effecient with DOS than Windows. It took me less than
3 seconds to zoom this DV window (two others already being open) and
bring Quicken 8 for DOS up in a fourth one; and takes a fraction of
a second to switch between DV windows.

Yep. It does the job, as do WordPerfect 5.1+ for DOS and Telix for
DOS, among others.
