Face it, you're teaching in a quasi-private school.
Only those parents who _choose_ to send their kids send them. (I'd also
daresay that Phoenix Prep can "dump" unruly students back to other city
schools.)
What is the real difference between Phoenix Prep and a private school
whose kids are mainly kids getting vouchers in Wisconsin?
