President Elect Obama was as gracious in victory as John McCain was in
defeat.  In his victory remarks, Obama said, "To those of you whose support
I did not earn and whose vote I did not get, I need you."

When my president asks me to do something, I do it.

Until he gives me reason to do otherwise, I am supporting Barack Obama with
all my heart.  This is a very difficult and challenging time for this
country, and the new president will need all the help and support he can
get.  I am an American before I am a Republican.  I am a patriot before I am
a partisan.  I will support the young president as he gets to work.  I owe
my country no less.
