Hi, Zsolt!  I'll be watching to see if you get an answer.  I wish
I could help.  I've tried the ASCII for page eject, and it works
SOMETIMES, but the only thing I've found that works for sure is
line counting.  I.e., I start the second page of any document on
line 61.
