The Win32s level which currently is 1.25a in Warp 4, will NOT provide the 
same functionality as Win32s 1.30. Everybody who is writing for Win32s (how 
many are there really?) is using the 1.30c level, and the rest of Win32 
developers have abandoned Win32s because Microsoft does not support it 
anymore in its latest compilers.
