Xbase++ EEP2 version indeed is faster than EEP1:

Yesterday we got our EEP2 version and we rebuilt everything ok. Just a minor
touches here and there: FiveWin++ running like a champ!
Our samples are already working with XBase++ EEP2. We plan to upload them
again in a few days to www.fivetech.com.
We want to congratulate Alaska team for such a great job they are doing.
Acordingly to our first tests, EEP2 is faster and smaller! 
The compiler also seems to go faster! Excellent!
