  There are parts of western Maryland that stick into parts of the eastern
panhandle of WV.
  When I was going to DC a few months ago there would be a Welcome to
Maryland road sign, a few miles on "You are now leaving Maryland" with a Welcome
to WV sign, followed a few miles after that "Welcome to VA" sign.  :)
