Email conference #0 is restricted to anyone i do not know, Thanks to someone
using it to defraud sellers on eBay, among other abuse.

Netmail conference #1 is not restricted, anyone can use it. Wildcat V-5 AKA
Winserver does not support Netmail by QWK REP packet uploads, or by the Web
Interface.

The best way to send Netmail is to telnet in to the bbs, Download your QWK
packet and reply as usual, You can reply to a Netmail message with your QWK
reader, then Export the text of your Netmail replys, save as file.txt file1.txt
etc, Telnet back into the bbs and upload your normal REP packet, Then from the
Message Menu Join conference #1, press E to enter, you will be prompted to
enter the recipents Name and Fido Address, Press U to Upload the text you
exported earlier, a box will pop up promting you to browse to find the file
location, select file and press enter, you should get a message "File Upload
succesful" then press S to Save. Note if you are using the full screen editor
pressing escape will bring up the upload / save command display.
