 I did not have to ask, Ed the ever awake Sysop, saw our discussion and
 came on. I hope that you saw his reply yesterday. He mentione that the
 Net-Mail was restricted and now I am allowed. He is also redoing his WC
 or something, as he thinks that there is a bottle-neck somewhere. A
 further attempt will vindicate him ( or us ).
