I really like Ubuntu... I'm running it on my iMac G3 now and might start 
using it instead of Slackware next time I reinstall.  My BBS is running on 
Slackware 10.2, but I chose Slackware mainly because I've used Sync on 
it before.  Ubuntu is a second fave though.

What's neat though, a friend loaded Fedora Core 4 (or whatever the latest 
is) and Wine totally worked with probably 90% of the programs he loaded.  
Literally using Wine he executed the Setup.exe and it installed with no 
problems!  I'm talking about Red Alert 2, MS Word and Excel 2000, and a ton 
of utils we use up at work.  I haven't tried this on Ubuntu yet, but I hope 
it's there too -- if not I'll be downloading it :)
