Peter, at 13:02 on Aug 31 1996, you wrote to Bill Grimsley... BG> Anybody know what chipset the KTX V.34 modems (as distributed by Edge) BG> uses? What I really need to know is how one sets it up under Win95, BG> as there is no KTX brand listed (or do they supply their own Win95 BG> *.INF file?). PS> I got one at a swap meet for a mate with a Mac , $135 ! , seemed to work PS> OK , not as good as my courier though ;-) , but at that price.... I'd believe that. :) PS> I think they are made by GVC who have there own Web page , I think the PS> URL is http://www.gvc.ca . I didnt open it , but I'd say it used the PS> Rockwell chipset . Thanks for that Pete, but I managed to source a usable *.inf file from Gerard Mears' home page, and you're right, it certainly appears to use the Rockwell command set.
