The theory that a large meteor struck Mars and caused pieces of the
planet to fly off into solar orbit which eventually resulted in a
Mars rock finding its way to Earth is a sound one. However, science
has nothing but speculation about what happened to the water. It is
thought it either evaporated into space due to the low gravity, or
it seeped into the ground. There is a mission planed to land a robot
there, scoop up some material and return it to Earth. This may provide
some much needed clues. But this has nothing to do with UFOs.
The Genesis account of the flood took the form of rain. ...But that's
off-topic here, as all reference to the Bible is, unless it directly
relates to UFOs. ...Such as certain references in Ezekiel. ...And
even that's a big stretch.
Regards,
Jack
