Not finished, but I'm too knacked to continue papering, so I'm sitting at this

& filename

 Doubt it. Nearly all my apps live on F, that's all, so instead of 
 C:\PROGRA~1\TEXTPA~1\textpad.exe
 I had
 F:\PROGRA~1\TEXTPA~1\textpad.exe
