Bill,
    Yes,  we have had the 33.6 upgrade programs in place for some time
for just about all of our products.  All the upgrades are done via our
web page at: http://www.hayes.com/336/336upga.htm.  You just compare
your model number to the chart and you just follow the procedure for
your particular model, whether it be a flash upgrade, chip replacement
or RMA return, it's all done via the web page.  But, now, I'd think you
might be more interested in the 56K upgrades, which we have just
announced.
