subject: Charges on your phone Bill

Might want to keep a log of the air time you use to compare with you
phone bill.
I join At&T under there special into offer which gave me free 30min
air time day or night for three months, I joined in the middle of the
cycle, and when i receive my first bill they had charged me for 116 min
of air time 98 min off peak 16 min peak, well science i as new at
the cell phone I keep a log of calls made & received and in the first
30 days I had the phone I had only had 14 Min of air time ( in & Out ).
When I called them about it i as was told that there was no way of getting
a list of the phone calls that science the phone calls are recored by a
signal activating the phone they had no way of telling who the calls came
from.
I was told that the one call which as for 78 min of peak that that could have
been because the phone didn't disconnected properly or there may have been
interference in the signals.
I explained that i had keep a log on the phone calls in & out and according
to the call time on the phone rounded of the the next full min only totaled
14 min.
but again was told that they can only go buy what is logged by there
quipment
but was nice enough to credit me for the 78 min. I asked about the other time
and was told there was nothing they could do about it.
Well I decided to return the phone and canceled the service before the 30days
i had expired. and I'll be damed if I didn't receive another bill charging
me with another mo service and 54 min of air time beyond 21 min of air time i
had coming from the Plan. which i promptly called about and asked how i could
be charged for service which had been turned off, well they said it was an
error and they were sorry and to void the bill.
again i caution you all keep a log and compare your bill at that rate there
making a killing of us.
 Don
