It's a 'component' in Windows 2000. In Control Panel, double-click
Add/Remove Programs. Click Add/Remove Windows Components. You might have
to put the CD in the drive.
With NT4 it was included in the option pack. For NT4 workstation it was
really PWS 4 from Windows 98. I believe with Windows 2000 it's the full
IIS5 but limited to 10 connections. It's much more sophisticated than
PWS.
