No one can prepare for a stampede they dont know that is coming.

Customers can better grasp the fact that there are a finite number of seats
and they cant do anything to jeopardize their privilege to use that seat,
plus the fact that there will be another show.

With this black friday crap, they partially grasp the fact that there is a
finite number of ad items but assume they are entitled to it based on the
fact that they hung or camped out for it.
