After such disgusting pieces of shit as MS-DOS 4.0 and Windows 3.0, I doubt
that MS need any help in "de-promoting" their products at all,
and I fully expect Win95 to continue with this fine tradition.

No need to qualify that statement with "IMO".  OS/2 _is_ a fine product.

And it's still being nobbled by an absolute dearth of really good quality
native applications, even now, and whilst I applaud IBM for including the
WinOS2 code, it also means that programmers don't need to code for the OS/2
API, not while OS/2 runs most Winapps just fine.  Sort of an unintentional
foot-shot, I suppose.  Don't expect that to change any time soon either.
