It's like organic (pesticide free) farming in the midst of farming country -- too often you're unconsciously depending upon the vigilance of others to keep your own crop pest free (e.g. your neighbor's application killed the bugs; your neighbors' innoculations keep the diseases out of the mainstream -- only, as you've noticed, the latter ain't working that way. PLUS it's preparing fertile ground for these old bugs to mutate.... imho; and, of course, all those parents REALLY suffered from being innoculated. =sigh= I think they should have a *good* risk assessment class in every gradeschool, and remedial classes every year or thrice later....).
