Zfax can be used to receive a fax under a mailer when used under dos.  I have 
not heard of it being done under OS/2.
For Binkley this is actually listed in the manual of your modem.  BBS recieve 
fax.
The concept used is the extern mail string and exit with an error level.  I 
would actually type the whole thing out but I can't find my manual at the 
moment.
