We don't know that Castille died on board the Enterprise C.  That
certainly wasn't shown in Yesterday's Enterprise.  In fact, once the
final battle with the Klingons started, we saw *no* scenes on board the
E-C.
We know that survivors of the battle of Narendra III were taken to
Romulus.  I don't recall Sela mentioning Castille's death, one way or
the other.  Do you?
