It is requestet automatically with the corresponding file request magic.
Then it will be located in fido\binkley\files\sec\ and from there it will
be uncompressed and moved to fido\ directory. So, you can put echo0002.zip
in the above mentioned directory or echo0002.lst directly in fido\
directory.

When you subscribe to an echo manually, when the first mail arrives in that
echo, then it will appear in fido\binkley\hpt\config file (done by hpt
automatically) and in Golded Area list (hpt config is read). But it won't
show up in the echo config of the FPD menu - there only the echos are
listed that are in the *.lst files in fido\ directory, as for example
echo0002.lst.
