Lynn thanx so much for the info will get it in the mail on Monday.Just got 
the casts off 2 weeks ago and my feet are killing mr\e.Also had to go just 
this past Monday for a stress tes on the old ticker before they can do my 
surgery on my knee and feet Boy was that fun.Since I could not use the tread 
mill they gave me this drug to make the heart stress and Boy I would never 
want to go through that again.What was funny though this 80 yr old woman was 
having the same done and she just laid there as if it was no big deal and 
then there is this 28 yr old kid (ME) climbing the walls.Mom says I'm just a 
wimp hehehehehe.Well gotta run gotta soak the feet to get the swelling down 
will let you know what I get.
