 AA> Ubuntu to my needs than coping with WinME's shortcomings.   I'm behind

        I am also behind in posting but I will try today. I have not
   fully mastered U'U either, getting there. When you do and get to
   nntp on U'U, let me know. In the mean time, do you remember the
   data for Jason's Scanner BBS on nntp ? I can not connect any more
   but telnet to the BBS is fine. Can you nntp to it ?
