ML> TW> BUT don't you have to turn the Supply Tank upside down to ML> TW> transfer Liquid?? That is a bit difficult with a 200/300 ML> TW> gallon tank. ML>hunh? no... not that i know of... i take a 20lb bottle and connect it to a ML>300gal torpedo tank just like you'd have outside your house and connect the ML>line from the top of the tank to the top of the 20gal... open the bleeder va ML>on the 20lb'er and open the valve on the 300gal... when i get a steady strea ML>of gas (looks like steam but very cold) out of the bleeder valve, i shut off ML>the bleeder on the 20lb'er and the valve on the 300gal tank... disconnect th ML>line and pick up 20lbs of fuel... shake it about and it is liquid inside... ML>shakes and feels like it... burns like it and lasts just as long as if i had ML>taken it to a fill station and paid at least twice as much for it... Only if the tank has a Bottom Feed tube will that work. Typicaly the tanks for Home use for Heating/Cooking use the GAS off the top of the tank. Typicaly, Depending on the Temperature differential between the two Tanks, the transfer of 20 pounds of Propane as a gas could take up to 24 Hours according to information on the Internet. --- þ SLMR 2.1a þ This note from El Cajon California USA* Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:123/140) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 123/140 500 106/2000 633/267 |
