No, you wouldn't need D'Bridge.  Mystic has a mailer too and can exchange
echomail via BINKP or FTP which is all built in.  It also has allfix type
capabilities as well. It has TIC processing, AreaFix, FileFix, etc.

Mystic uses JAM message bases though, so you can use the built in functions,
but if you don't want to, there are tons of 3rd party replacements for
any/all of those functions.

There is a Fido MYSTIC echo if you are interested.  You may find it more
responsive than here.
