Not long ago, I re-installed an old OS/2 Warp 3 Connect AA> package AA> that I had laying around. It was so primitive in look'n'feel compared to AA> Ubuntu. I've not run across anyone who ran OS/2 that didn't feel the same way about its stability and functionality. It's too bad the gurus at IBM decided to abandon it and started pre-installing Windows on IBM machines. As Linux distros go, Ubuntu is probably the best supported with an informative forum and lots of ad ons. However, since we are now running OS X Leopard I really don't have the time nor desire to mess around with Linux. Last night I completed loading WinXP Home on our MacBook (using Boot Camp). That turned out to be a time consuming project. Still haven't got everything the way I would like.
