You don't RC. Blue Wave is very different from QWK, and very much like
Fido. It has no trouble with MSGID and REPLY kludges (notice the REPLY on
this message). Why these guys are having problems, I don't know*; but it's
not a limitation of the format.

* Actually Jean Parrot refers to Doc's Place in the message you quoted, and
that board only offers QWK and OPX. Evidently he's using QWK with the Blue
Wave reader. That combo of course does NOT support REPLY kludges; in fact,
I know of no QWK door that does.
