 Is he? Why is there no such evidence? Firing one man at the
 unanimous request of a bi-partisan board is not a problem, even
 if you don't like the way he is accused of doing it. In the real
 world he suspended the person for 30 days pending termination at
 the end of the period, thereby complying with the law. Do you
 have anything to show otherwise?
